Is there a need for change in your organization? Do you need some advice, support or a facilitator? Hire me!
There is no One-size-fits-all type of intervention and together, we will design your intervention based on the issues you want to address and the particular situation your organization is in. Here are some of the types of interventions I have facilitated already:
World Café Sessions: The World Café is both a conversational process and a living network. World Café sessions work in both corporate and non-for profit organizations (including communities). It’s based on dialogue about questions that matter. Exploring the different questions with the participants will create the foundations for a meaningful networking process and will help your organization to engage the participants in the exploration and solution of problems.
Open Space Technology: It is used where a major issue must be resolved, a high level of complexity, and high level of diversity. It’s based on passion and responsibility, each participant is responsible for the outcomes of the session. There are no facilitators as it’s a self-managed group.
Appreciative Inquiry: It’s a radically affirmative approach to change that lets go of problem-based management. It involves systematic discovery of what gives “life” to an organization or community.
Art of Hosting: Based on the assumption that people give their energy and lend their resources to what matters most to them – in work as in life – the Art of Hosting blends a suite of powerful conversational processes to invite people to step in and take charge of the challenges facing them.
Search conference: It’s a participative process that allows to create a plan for the development of their system. It helps the organization to review itself, the environment, and it allows to create sets of goals and coordinated action plans to achieve them.
Workshops: I design, develop and deliver different types of workshops that help the participants learn new skills and knowledge. We can collaborate in the different stages for you to learn more about the topic, the design process or the delivery process.
I have strong experience in the following areas:
- Needs assessment: Analysis of requirements, evaluation of existing training, identification of gaps, and recommendation of options / solutions
- Planning, program development, and implementation of learning solutions
- Instructional design: Development of training, job aids and other supporting materials
- Process development and documentation, including performance management processes and training processes.
